- API Key: To access the system's APIs, you need an API key provided by our support team. To obtain this key, please email support@smart145.com.
- IP Allow List: For security purposes, you must provide the IP addresses from which you'll access the API. These IPs will be added to our allowed list. Please include these IP addresses in your email to the support team when requesting the API key.
- API Endpoint: After receiving your request, our support team will provide you with the specific API endpoint to access Smart145 data. This endpoint is crucial for establishing the connection between Power BI and Smart145.
Currently, the following BI modules are available through APIs:
- Customers
- Employees
- Invoices
- Sub Work Orders
- Vendors
- Work Orders
- Work Order Labors
Through this API-based integration, individuals working with Power BI can use these endpoints to build their data models and create visualizations.
It's important to note that direct database connections or other integration methods are not supported. The API-only approach ensures secure and controlled access to Smart145 data within Power BI.
