Does a closed Work Order show up on the calendar?

No. Once a Work Order has been closed, it is automatically removed from the calendar view.

This behavior is intentional, as the calendar is designed to display only active or open Work Orders that still require attention or action. Once a Work Order is closed, it is considered completed, meaning no further scheduling, tracking, or resource allocation is needed.

If you need to review details of a closed Work Order, you can still access it through the Work Order module or by using the search and filter options in the system. This allows you to view all relevant information — such as tasks performed, parts used, and completion dates — even though it no longer appears on the calendar.
