Does the system allow me to make changes to an invoiced Repair Order?

It is perfectly possible to make changes to an invoiced Repair Order, from adding notes to modifying parts details, provided that you first reverse the invoicing process.

In case you need to modify the part's details, you'll also have to Reverse the Receiving process

Also, notice that you can keep the invoicing date or modify it as you will. It can be picked up from the calendar under the “Customer Quote” tab.

You can also keep your invoice number. Notice that when invoicing again, a prompt message will pop up asking you whether to keep the previously used invoice number before reissuing the invoice.
