How Can I Set Up Automatic Notifications for my Employees?

It is possible to set up different kinds of notifications. One of these are Employee Email Notifications. You will be able to set them up in the Administration dashboard; specifically in the " Employee Email Notifications" module.

When you enter the module select the option to create a new notification. 

There you will see that several fields can be configured for this purpose:
1- System Action (Allows you to select the action that will trigger the notifications. Please note that all actions are not enabled for use. Please, contact our support team if you are not sure)
2- Email Template (Provides the template and the text structure of the email. Extra Email Templates can be created in the module that goes by this same name)
3- User Roles (The Role that the employees that will receive the notifications needs to have)
4- Users (The specific users that will receive the notification if you wish to set it up by user and not by role)
