After our team enables the online signature feature for your company, every employee who is going to use it must set a signature in his Profile and Approve its use. For visual aid, you can check the images below. Then, a Manager or a user with the necessary permission must go to the Employee Browser and edit the employees who will use the online signature. The manager must grant the employee access to the reports that they can sign online in the Signature Tab. And that's it! You can start signing documents online.
