How to add an online signature to a report?

After our team enables the online signature feature for your company, every employee who is going to use it must set a signature in his Profile and Approve its use. For visual aid, you can check the images below.


Then, a Manager or a person with the necessary permission, must go to the Employee Browser and Edit the employees that will use the online signature.

The manager has to grant access to the employee to the reports he is going to be able to sign online in the Signature Tab.

And that's it! You can start signing documents online.
