Our Rotabull Integration allows you to automatically receive in Smart145 all your customers' requests for quotes (RFQs) from the various marketplaces, as well as via phone and email. Additionally, it enables you to respond to those quotes by opening a Customer Quote in our system.
But before jumping into the steps to open a Customer Quote from an RFQ, it is important to point out that some customer names may not match in Rotabull and Smart145, or you may receive quotes from customers who don't exist in our system. Whenever this happens, a red broken link icon will appear beside the customer's name.
This can be easily solved by clicking on the red icon. A window will pop up, enabling you to either create the customer or link its name to an existing Customer in Smart145.
Once this is done, you can proceed to open the Customer Quote. You just have to click the 3-dot menu next to the RFQ and select the option "Quote". Fill in the necessary information and Save.
After creating the Quote, you can finally send it to your customer via email from the Customer Quotes module.
