How can I respond to RFQ that come from Rotabull?

In the "RFQ (From Customers)" module, you can access all the requests for quotes from various marketplaces, including Rotabull. If you need to respond to those quotes, our system will enable you to do it by opening a Customer Quote.

But before jumping into the steps to open a Customer Quote from an RFQ, it is important to point out that some customer names may not match in Rotabull and Smart145, or you may receive quotes from customers who don't exist in our system. Whenever this happens, a red broken link icon will appear beside the customer.
 

This can be easily solved by clicking on the red icon. A window will pop up and you'll be able to either add the customer to the system or link its name to an existing Customer in Smart145.



Once you follow these steps, you can proceed to open the Customer Quote. You just have to click on the 3-dot menu next to the RFQ and select the option to Quote. Fill in the necessary information and Save.



After creating the Quote, you can send it to your customer via email from the Customer Quotes module.
