Why is it showing Access Forbidden Error when trying to log in to Smart145?

When trying to log in to the system, the user’s account must not have any IP restriction set. This can be checked in the Users Management section of the Security module.

1-      Go to Security/Users and Edit the user that’s encountering this problem.


2-      Delete the IP Address set in the IP’s Allowlist field and save the changes.


Once the IP Address is removed, the user will be able to log in to Smart145.

In case it is required to add, edit or remove the IP Address set in a company’s IPs Whitelist, you can communicate with Smart145's Customer Support team and they will take care of it.
