To delete a P/N, you need to have Admin rights and access the "Inventory Master" in the "Administration" Dashboard. After that, you just have to search for the Part Number you want to delete and click on the Delete button represented by a trash can icon.
Important: A part cannot be deleted if it is linked to any orders or inventory templates. If it is still in use, the system will display the message: "The Part Number that you are trying to remove is being used."
You can verify whether a part is linked by checking the following tabs in the Manage Inventory module: Bird View, Sales/ROs. Purchase History, WO Usage, Inventory Templates.
Once the PN is unlinked from all orders and inventory templates, it can be safely removed from the Inventory Master.
