How can I set an specific alert for a Part Number?

Sometimes, you may need to mark specific part numbers with relevant information to pop out when they are used in the system. This gives you the possibility to record and create warnings with critical information about the part.
You can now do this by setting an alarm message for the part number.
To learn how, follow these steps:

1-  Go to the Inventory Module, select the Part Number you want to set the alert for, and type the desired message.

2-  Once the alert is set, it will appear every time the Part Number is added to a Work Order, Customer Quote, or Purchase Order.
