How can I set an specific alert for a Part Number?
Sometimes, it may be necessary to mark specific part numbers with relevant information to pop out when other users try to use them to create orders. This gives you the possibility to know or make others know about critical information about the part. This is now possible by setting up an alarm message for the part number. If you wish to know how to proceed, follow these simple steps:
1- Go to the Inventory Module, select the Part Number you want the alert for, and type the desired message. 2- Once the alert has been set up, it will be shown every time the Part Number is used in a new Work Order.
