How Does the "On WO Repair" Card Work?

The "On WO Repair" card in the Bird View of the Manage Inventory shows all parts that are currently assigned to internal work orders for repair. These are work orders where your own company is listed as the customer.

This card helps you:
  • Keep track of which parts are out for repair and not available for other WOs, ROs, or SOs.
  • Monitor the progress of repairs, so you know when parts will return to inventory.
  • Avoid confusion between parts being repaired internally and parts that are available in stock.


Once the work order is completed and closed, the parts automatically move from the "On WO Repair" card to the "In Stock" card, reflecting that they are back in inventory and ready for use.
