How can I change the name of the step that my customers see?

Sometimes you may not want your customers to see the internal names of the steps used for managing their work orders. To address this, we offer a feature called Customer Denomination. This feature allows you to modify the names of the steps as they appear to your customers, ensuring that internal management terms remain private.
To do this, go to the Administration tab, navigate to the Work Order Step section, and edit the step you want to modify.



After that, find the Customer Denomination option, enter the name you want your customers to see, and Save

As an example, consider Work Order VM2020000445. Internally, the step is named "Receiving," but we set the Customer Denomination to "In Work." This is the name your customer will see.
