How Can I Get a Notification When Work Order Steps Change?
In order to get notifications when the Work Order Steps change, you must first get to the "Administration" dashboard: Then, scroll down to the lower part of the page and click on "Work Order Steps". Afterwards, edit a step to assign notifications to it (you can also assign notifications when creating new Work Order Steps) While editing the step, select the Step Change email template, as shown in the image below. Select the user or users you want the email to be sent to. (Please note that technician-type users will only receive a notification if the work order whose step changed is assigned to them) Once the work order reaches that step, the users will automatically receive an email notification.
