How can I send reminders to my Customers so they don't forget to sign their quotes online?

To ensure that customers don't forget to sign the online quotes that you send them, it's possible to set reminders for them in the system. Those reminders will be automatically sent if the quote has not been signed within a specified time period.

This can be done from the "Send by email" option in the Quotation tab of the Work Order you are quoting. From there, you can choose to send reminders every 3, 7, 15, or 30 days, or select a specific date in the calendar.


After you've set the reminders, a warning will appear at the top of the Quotation tab to keep you aware of which WO Quotes have reminders associated with them and to know on which date these reminders are going to be sent. Along with this alert, you will be provided with the option to delete the reminders if needed.

Please note that if you modify the Quote, reminders will be disabled. Also, if you resend the quote and set new reminders, the previous ones will be disabled. And of course, once the customer signs the quote, reminders will no longer appear.
