Work order quotes can be digitally approved and signed by your customers. The digital sign is available upon receiving the email notification.
To send a quote, you´ll be required first to edit the WO in question. You can do it by clicking the three dots on the right side of the screen. Then go under the quotation tab and click "Send Quote."
After having clicked "Send quote," your customers will receive an email notification and be able to approve and sign the quote digitally.
Afterward, your customers just have to click "Sign document", and the Signature Pad will activate. The requested information must be introduced and the SIGN DOCUMENT field clicked. Finally, a preview of the signed document will appear and your customer will be able to click approve and finish.
As the final step of the process, both you and your customer will receive a copy of the signed document.
