How can I push parts to ILS and Rotabull after integrating my Smart 145 account?

After integrating both accounts, you’ll need to review your inventory and assign each part the label of the marketplace of your choice. This process allows you to mark specific inventory parts as available for sale. 

You can do this one by one, or you can send our support team an Excel file with the information. 

Next, you can go to the Inventory Listing module. This is where you can create lists of available parts so your customers can see what you offer through the marketplaces.

From there, you can pull the parts from your inventory by clicking the "Actions" button and selecting the option "Pull from Inventory". This will create a new listing using the parts you previously marked as available.

Please note that you can select which labels and conditions you want to include when pulling parts. 

Additionally, you can create new listings for items not yet in your inventory—for example, parts pending receipt. To do so, click New Listing and enter the required information.  
Each record can be edited before being pushed to Marketplaces.
Finally, to publish your listings, click the Actions button, select Push to "Marketplaces", choose your target marketplaces, and click Push again to complete the process.
