This new feature allows admin users to manage who can change a specific work order step. In order to do this, follow the procedures below:
1. Navigate to the Administration module.
1. Navigate to the Administration module.

2. Within the section labeled as "Work Order Steps," edit the step you want to authorize some users to be able to change.

3. Scroll down to the "Step Change" section, where you can assign specific users and roles, allowing them to change that particular step in work orders.

4. Once configured, the selected users and roles will be able to assign that step to the desired work order.


For example, in the picture above, you can see a user who is only authorized to change some steps.
