How Can I Have High-Priority Work Orders Appear First in the Browser?
When viewing your work orders in the browser, it may be necessary for you to have the ones with the highest level of priority appear on top.
The default criteria for ordering the items in the WO browser is "Date" (Though it is always possible to sort by every column.) However, this can be set up by our Customer Support team to establish a hierarchy for priority levels (for example, AOG=1, Rush=2, Normal=3, etc. ) and to have these prioritized orders appear first in the browser: Please, contact our support team via chat or email (support@smart145.com) to have this set up.
