How Does the "TAT" and "Days in Shop" Columns Work in the Work Order Module?

The Work Order module comprises several Turnaround Time (TAT) fields to measure the time of several processes. These, along with the "Days in Shop" field, constitute very useful tools when measuring work time and efficiency. Below, we will explain how they work:

The process step's TAT represents the time the order has been in a specific step (e.g. In Work, In Purchasing, etc.). It is important to consider that both the process step and the WO's TAT will count weekends by default unless requested otherwise.

The work order's TAT can be found in the browser as a column. It represents the total of all the process steps' individual TATs. 

The "Days in Shop" are just the total of days since the Work Order was created:
